Cute but weird proportions

I like the look of this jacket but I'm trying to return it. In a small, the shoulders/chest are a little too broad and the sleeves too long but the middle, when buttoned, is about right or a little tight.
It's also a little coarser wool than I expected based on seeing the same jacket in a store but in a size that was too big.
