Delivery Service

All our international deliveries are handled by Royal Mail, UPS, FedEx, DPD, TNT and BPost

Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service.

Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no-one is in we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot.

For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. At Timeless we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.

Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of
the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.

We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time, but sometimes international
deliveries can take longer than expected.

Please note, we do not take any responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders, this will be at your own risk.

Our Policy

We take pride of our Timeless items, so anything returned should be new, unused
and with all our security garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the
customer.

If you’re returning something faulty, damaged or soiled please contact mehak@timelesslondon.co.uk prior to sending any return.

Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Guess what! We have return depots located in the UK and Belgium, making it easy to return to your items. The best part? Return addresses will be included in your order.

All orders placed now can be returned within 28 days of being received. This applies to online orders.

RETURNS

Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Timeless we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still
fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 28 days of receipt by you.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Timeless when sent back, so we suggest using your local
post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Luckily, our return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery makes sending it back hassle free.
Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 28 days of receipt.

Mislaid your returns sheet? Don’t panic. Just send us over an email at mehak@timelesslondon.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help
you out.

When filling out the sheet, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange

Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3
working days of receiving the item.

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary
between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding
processing times as we are unable to amend this.

We’re happy to process store credit refunds and these will be displayed as a code in your email inbox. This will be made
available immediately after 2-3 days of processing.

Credit notes can only be used in our online store.

We don't take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us.

EXCHANGES

Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Timeless we’re happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security ribbons and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.

Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Timeless when sent back.

Luckily, our return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery makes sending it back hassle free.
Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 28 days of receipt and identify which item you would like replaced.

Mislaid your returns sheet? Don’t panic. Just send us over an email at mehak@timelesslondon.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help
you out.

Feel free to be picky. You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge. We offer 2 exchanges for every item.

If you want to treat yourself even more and the replacement costs extra, a gift card will need to be purchased for the difference. Please let us know if you have made the purchase at mehak@timelesslondon.co.uk

If the replacement is less expensive than the original, don’t worry. We’ll make sure the difference is refunded back to your original payment methods. Alternatively, you may refund the original item and then purchase the new, lower-priced item.

LATE RETURNS
